I am making a effort to go swimming about once a week.
During this Golden week, I went to swimming. Lately, I am getting used to swimming, so I do not get a pain (muscular rheumatism) in my legs or arms.
Today, I swam for one kilometer on my chest slowly and walked in the pool for hundreds of meter. I want to set up my numerical target and go over it each time.
A practice is important and very helpful.
