Ten-minute post: This year's aim!

Now, spring is coming, and I will become a third-year student. I would like to share my aim in this year.

First, I am determined to get a higher score on TOEIC test. Besides, I want to challenge the Japanese and English examination. I am going to take a course of studying for a public test of a Japanese teacher.

I am thinking about going to a driving school sometime in this year. It will enable me to get more freedom. Ha ha! I am thinking whether I can get some qualifications. It is also good to get the qualification of a teacher of piano.

Anyway, I am determined to study much harder than last year! I have so many things to do!
But the most important priorities for me are learning English and Chinese. I will be careful not to lose the first aim, which I came to this university for!

Ten-minute post: Looking back my last year...

My last year was full of many events and a little tough!

One of the most important events is visiting and homestay in California in USA. It was a great experience for me, because I learned the importance of communicating hard if I was not fluent in English. It was first time that I went to go other countries by myself, and I got a confidence about myself. It was excellent memory!

One of the reason why I was so busy last year was that I took the course to be a Japanese teacher. I have to attend the course twice a week from 6:00 to 7:30. I was tired last year because of it, but it will benefit me!

The last event in my university was the speech contest. I was determined to join it and decided what to talk about at almost last time. I did not have so much time to prepare, but I could win the department chair prise.

Free writing: Learning with computers

I have some challenges in using computers. It is because that they have many function. Besides, there are the problems with computer virus and bad people on the Internet. Computers sometimes do not working properly, and they freeze in some cases. That's really frustrating! They often exhaust my eyes. I have to be careful not to spend too much time. I think we should know the challenges on computer using.

In fact, however, there are so many useful functions with computers. They can benefit us, when they are used in a proper way. We can be connected with other people by e-mail or skype. It is also possible to research out, get so much info, use study homepages and get music on the Internet. MS programs enable us to calcurate figures, arrange and save the info we get, make poewerpoint, make presentations and write reports for the classes.

Free writing: A well-kept secret of Kumamoto

We are to write next essay about "a well-kept secret of Kumamoto". I really don't know what to write about, but just now I have come up with a topic.

Everyone, are you interested in fashion? I have heard that clothing companies try to sell new fashion trades first in Kumamoto. It is said because the fashion which becomes popular in Kumamoto can be popular all over Japan.

I would like to check that it is true or not. I find many people in Kumamoto are very interested in fashion, but they are leading the fashion trade in all Japan? I wonder, but this is really interesting.

If it is true, it will become a great point, and it will proved that Kumamoto has a well-kept secret!

This movie also shows us the important family is. I feel the importance of it every day!

I am a only child, so I think I have a strong tie with my parents especially. I do not have any brother or sister, but I have parents, who know me, listen to me, give advice to me, spend a good time with me! I really appreciate!

Actually, however, I have been thinking lately that I have to become independent gradually. To be honest, it is not easy, I think. But I can be secure, because they must keep their eyes on me.

I have never doubted their love to me, and I know I am a very happy girl!

This movie shows us how important the humor is!

I felt the father's aggressiveness although he was so sad when his wife decided to get a divorce from him actually. He has a great humor before the divorce, but he could stay positive even after that. I think he could do that, because of his humor!

It is important for us too in order to face difficulties, enrich our life, and cope with stress.I think I am too serious in many cases and feel stress which is not needed, so I find the importance of cultivating humor. I got an encouragement from this movie!

Favorite Places! (＾ー＾)/

My favorite place is, of course my home! That is the place where I love the most. It is because I can really relax at home and have my private time. There are my loving parents and my lovely dog. Ooh〜 it is a little embarassing to express this, isn't it?
I can be myself with them and talk many things. And I talk everything to my mother especially. They encourage me when I feel stress and depressed. Although I sometimes take out it on them, I am really thankful about that. Before, I was ashamed to be with my parents, but now I do not feel so.

And now, I want California to be my second home! The woman who is living there and whom I stayed with, says stay again. I said that I wanted to stay with her again next year, and she answered she would welcome me whenever. I have my next plan, and I feel warm feeling when I remember the life in California. I had not think I loved there so much like this. I am sure that I will say 'I'm home!' when I meet her!
